u7bd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and u7bd ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing u7bd.pro, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety, including any amendments published on this page.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the u7bd platform and close your account if one exists. Continued use after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. u7bd reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or engages in conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users.

2Eligibility Requirements

To register and use u7bd you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. u7bd is strictly an adult entertainment platform and does not permit access by anyone under 21, regardless of the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts, automated registrations, and bot-operated accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with u7bd or any affiliated gaming platform at the time of registration.
• You must hold and use only one account on u7bd. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of pending balances.

3Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money gaming at u7bd you must open a personal account. Registration requires accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and preferred payment method. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• u7bd reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and delay of pending withdrawals.

By registering you confirm that all funds used for deposits on u7bd come from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. u7bd complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

u7bd processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through these approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. u7bd does not accept cash deposits or transfers via unofficial third-party intermediaries.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and KYC compliance before processing. u7bd targets processing verified account withdrawals within 24 hours, subject to the payment method's own timelines. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. u7bd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• u7bd may apply minimum and maximum withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed in the account cashier at the time of each request.
• Any active bonus rollover requirement must be completed before withdrawal of the corresponding bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. Attempting to withdraw funds under an active rollover will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
• u7bd will not process withdrawals from accounts where suspicious activity or a terms violation is under investigation. Affected funds may be held pending resolution.

5Bonuses and Promotions

u7bd offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of each promotion:

• All bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times (rollover requirement) before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The rollover requirement for each bonus is stated when the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance. Winnings from bonus play are held in the bonus balance until rollover requirements are fully met.
• u7bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Rollover requirements already in progress at the time of termination remain in effect for the period stated in the original promotion terms.
• Players found to have abused bonuses — including bonus arbitrage, placing opposing bets across accounts, or using automated tools to exploit promotions — will have their bonus balances voided and may face permanent account suspension.
• Welcome bonuses are limited to one per player, household, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts constitutes bonus fraud and will result in account termination.

u7bd may apply maximum bet restrictions on wagers placed using bonus funds. Bets exceeding the stated maximum while a bonus is active may be voided regardless of outcome. Applicable limits are shown in individual promotion terms.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on u7bd are governed by their respective published rules. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. u7bd does not accept responsibility for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

Slot games and RNG-based table games use independently certified Random Number Generation systems that are regularly audited for statistical fairness and compliance with published RTP percentages. u7bd does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot influence results once a game round has commenced.

• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, u7bd will attempt to reconstruct the outcome from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets placed during the affected round will be returned to the player.
• Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios. u7bd is not responsible for human error by live dealers; however, material errors identified in session reviews may be subject to result adjustments.
• Sports betting markets — including cricket betting for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled according to the official results of the relevant governing body. In the event of match abandonment or void, bets are settled in accordance with the relevant market rules disclosed at the time of betting.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on u7bd and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using software, bots, AI tools, or other automated systems to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or bonus claim process.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or platform staff to influence the outcome of any game or betting event.
• Depositing or wagering funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with u7bd support.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the u7bd platform for financial gain. Any player who discovers a vulnerability must report it to support immediately rather than exploiting it.

u7bd reserves the right to investigate any account it deems suspicious at any time and without prior notice. During an investigation, affected accounts may be temporarily restricted. Investigation outcomes are final and binding.

8Responsible Gaming

The platform is intended for adult entertainment only, and gambling should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. u7bd provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, u7bd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the u7bd platform, including loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other intangible losses — whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

u7bd does not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, or events beyond u7bd's reasonable control may affect availability. u7bd will endeavour to restore services promptly but accepts no liability for losses resulting from downtime.

11Privacy and Data Protection

u7bd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using u7bd, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely for operating your account, processing transactions, complying with legal obligations, and improving the platform.

u7bd implements SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the platform. Player financial data, login credentials, and KYC documents are stored using industry-standard security practices. u7bd does not sell or rent player data to third parties. 12Amendments to These Terms
